How about having a little bit of respect for other people’s work?

You may not post other people’s pictures without crediting them. There is a watermark in all my pictures, so you can credit me if you are too lazy to look the picture up here to reblog it… or if someone posts it with no credit, at least people can know that I took it.

But what really drives me mad is when a prick has the brilliant idea of cropping the signature off a picture and uploading it. Why the hell would anybody crop a tiny watermark like this? They are there for a reason !!

I keep finding my pictures in random tumblrs without credit, some of them with my signature cropped, and they even have a lot more notes there than in my own blog…

I guess it’s easier to crop a signature from an image than actually learning how to take a photograph yourself. If you can’t take a picture, at least have the decency of respecting other people’s work.

I would be very grateful if you told me if you saw my pictures not credited.
